Welcome to Heavenly Stays Limited, a premium property rental service providing luxury accommodations in a home-like environment. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
You will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in GBP (£) through our approved payment methods.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection upon check-out.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect.
Any damage or loss caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are allowed only if stated during the booking process and agreed upon by Heavenly Stays Limited.
5. Property Use
The property is for accommodation purposes only and must not be used for parties, commercial activities, or unlawful purposes.
The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
7. Changes to Reservations
Changes to reservations (e.g., dates or guest numbers) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
8. Force Majeure
Heavenly Stays Limited is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Liability
Heavenly Stays Limited will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Cancellation Policies
